Personal coaching is a really effective way to get clear about what you want, what might be holding you back, and what you can do that is workable for you. My approach is best summed up as supportive challenge. We work with the grain of your strengths and resources to chart a course that is positive and meaningful but that challenges you to make it happen. And along with the challenge comes the support you need to get through the tough bits. Because I also deliver mindfulness-based resilience training I can integrate tools and techniques from that if it feels useful and relevant.
